Laszlo Csutoras

(b. Budapest, 1975) Undertook his MSc in Architecture at the Budapest Technical University, Hungary.

Following his graduation in 2000, he worked with Turányi and Simon Architects until 2004. Between 2004-2006 he completed postgraduate studies at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

From 2006 to 2011 he worked with Tony Fretton Architects in London on award-winning projects, such as the New British Embassy in Warsaw or the Solid 11 mixed-use project in Amsterdam. In 2012 he founded Csutoras & Liando together with Melissa Liando.

Melissa Liando

(b. Jakarta, 1981) Following her B.des Hons in Interior Design at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia in 2002, she worked as an Interior Designer with Woodsbagot in Sydney.

Between 2004-2006 she undertook her MSc Hons in Architecture at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Following her graduation she worked in London with Grimshaw Architects until 2008 and Cottrell & Vermeulen Architecture until 2010. During her time with Cottrell & Vermeulen Architecture they were named RIBA Education Architect of the Year for projects such as the Broadway and Brentwood Schools. In 2012 she founded Csutoras & Liando together with Laszlo Csutoras.
